Middle School Prep Clinic
This clinic is designed for rising 6th-8th graders who are looking to tryout for their team and work on all skills. Athletes will work on the following: passing, hitting, setting, serving, and game-like situations. The goal is to help athletes better understand strategy and skills while giving them confidence to get out there and display their skills.
Advanced Serving Mechanics Clinic
This session is designed for players who want to strengthen their serving mechanics, gain confidence at the line, and progress from their current level to more advanced techniques. Overall focus is to serve with intention. Specifically for athletes who already serve overhand and want stronger, more accurate serves. Includes target serving, power mechanics, and refining the float serve.
Setting Skills Clinic
This clinic will focus on many aspects of the setting position. Athletes will review setting skills through drills and live ball play. We will cover technique, strategy, and more during this “hands on” clinic.
Beginner Overhand Serving Clinic
This session is designed for players who want to consistently get their overhand serve over the net. Players aged 12 and up can gain more confidence and will learn the foundations to make them more effective each time they serve.

Specialty Clinic Series Session - Volleyball IQ
This clinic is designed to help athletes think about the game, not just play it.
Players will learn how to recognize patterns, make quicker choices under pressure, and adjust to what’s happening around them. Through fast-paced drills and guided team challenges, we’ll focus on reading plays, anticipating outcomes, and communicating decisions with confidence.
Specialty Clinic Series Session - Libero Mindset: Serve Receive Training
Step into the libero’s world and learn to lead the court. This clinic focuses on reading serves, communicating with teammates, and reacting quickly to control the defense. Designed for players with a solid foundation in volleyball.
Specialty Clinic - Setting & Hitting Fundamentals
This session focuses on clean setting form, offensive timing, and connection with hitters. Athletes will work on setter footwork, hand positioning, tempo control, and learning to connect with hitters across the front row. Hitters will train to read the set, adjust approach timing, and execute confident, controlled attacks. Perfect for developing players looking to strengthen their offensive game and communication on the court.
Open Gym
Open Gym is all about game time! Form your own teams, scrimmage against others, and enjoy full-court play in a competitive environment. This is the perfect chance to practice skills in real-game situations, have fun, and challenge yourself on the court
